9-17-25: Won for $9.99, no other bidders. Takes 8 AA batteries. Works with FM, FE, FM2, FE2, FA, FM2T and the current FM2n. At end of film the LED stays lit. Turn unit off to save camera batteries. Does not rewind. Should be here in a coupla weeks.9-27-25: It arrived today, but like most things powered by alkaline batteries, it's dead. There was some corrosion, but someone did a cleaning already. I put 8 mixed AA's in it, and nothing happened with or without the camera attached. I opened 'er up but didn't see any broken wires or rotted traces. It may be some clever circuitry that disables it if power is insufficient. Think I can fix it, going to look for a schematic or other information.
